What is NST Bowen Technique?

The Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) is a dynamic, remedial, deep-muscle therapy similar to Osteopathy. It uses a series of specific moves allowing the body initially to become relaxed, providing a window of opportunity for various spinal, cranial and autonomous reflexes to be activated leading to a comprehensive and lasting resetting of the whole body’s structure.
 

NST Bowen is considered by many to be the world’s leading technique in structural and spinal therapy for lasting pain removal and rejuvenation. It fully incorporates Tom Bowen’s body work plus a 'Deep Cure' section that helps deal with emotional trauma and psychological conditions.

Its application is suitable and safe for all ages. As its main aim is to reintegrate the body-mind complex as a whole. It is often called contextual healing, consequently regarding illnesses as symptoms of imbalance.
