NUTRITION & FOOD SENSITIVITY TESTING

with Sean Emmerson

Find out food sensitivities and make positive changes for better wellbeing

What is Food Sensitivity Testing?

Many people today have become sensitive to certain foods, which may or may not produce symptoms in the body. To find out which foods we are sensitive to we can use the technique of Kinesiology, which is a kind of muscle testing that is completely non-invasive. Sean Emmerson is a Clinical Ecologist and he will check to see which foods seem to be problematic for your body, and produce recommendations for you to make changes, for improved health.

What is Clinical Ecology, and Why is it Useful?
This is the term used whereby a holistic health consultant aims to restore, in a non invasive way, as perfect a balance of the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of a human being - thereby assisting with the removal of disorders, discomforts and illnesses to achieve the maximum quality of wellbeing for as long as possible with the individual.
Clinical Ecology’s main holistic consideration is that each individual is unique and therefore affected differently, making this a specialised practice. It attempts to get at the root cause of illnesses and conditions rather than just treating the presenting symptoms.
In a comparatively short period of evolutionary time, the human-body has been exposed to stress from many directions in dramatic ways - for example certain determined foods, Electrical Magnetic Sensitivities, toxic air-bound chemicals and inhalants. All of these potential irritants are encountered in everyday life and can lead to specific individual allergic and addictive reactions that can eventually lead to a variety of

dis-eases for the individual.

“An allergy/sensitivity is an exaggerated reaction of a living organism to a foreign
substance which occurs following over-exposure to that substance”

After identification and testing for “trigger” substances using the painless and safe means of applied kinesiology / muscle testing, Sean offers easy to follow suggestions for diet, certain food eliminations, various life-style enhancing steps and if absolutely necessary the use of specific vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, digestive enzymes or amino acids depending on which are most suitable to restoring good health.  The patient can soon become symptom free through the strict elimination and avoidance of these” trigger substances”, enabling them to resume a healthy and more normal life.
