CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give at least 24 hours notice to change/reschedule/cancel your appointment, by telephone/voicemail/email. Less than 24 hours will result in a late notice fee of £25 being charged. The exception to this is IteraCare Therapy appointments where 50% of the appointment fee will be charged for late changes. Please see Package T & Cs on the Monthly Packages page.
